The Role
We are looking for a Product Receiving Specialist who is the ultimate "bridge" between our physical inventory and our financial records. This is a unique hybrid role: you’ll be on your feet in the warehouse checking in shipments, and at your desk ensuring our accounts payable data is flawless.

The Role
We are looking for a Product Receiving Specialist who is the ultimate "bridge" between our physical inventory and our financial records. This is a unique hybrid role: you’ll be on your feet in the warehouse checking in shipments, and at your desk ensuring our accounts payable data is flawless.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving & Verification: Meet delivery drivers, manage Bills of Lading (BOLs), and physically verify that every shipment matches the paperwork.
- Inventory Integrity: Conduct frequent cycle counts and spot-checks to ensure our stock levels are 100% accurate.
- Department Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between our Warehouse operations and the Accounts Payable department to resolve invoice discrepancies.
- Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) to track shipments, update inventory logs, and communicate with vendors.
- Process Improvement: As we grow, you’ll help us find better ways to streamline how product moves from the truck to our guest’s homes.
- Detailed & Observant: You catch the small errors that others miss.
- Self-Driven: You don’t wait for a to-do list; you see what needs to be done and you do it.
- Software Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel (you should be comfortable with basic formulas and data entry).
- Adaptable: You are comfortable switching gears from a warehouse environment to an office setting multiple times a day.
- Communication: Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills for working with both drivers and office staff.
